Frequently asked questions
We offer made-to-measure suits, jackets, vests, trousers, overcoats, skirts, and shirts.
Every piece of clothing is made from fine fabrics sourced from the world's most prestigious mills. You'll have a wide range of customization options to choose from; each garment is unique and made just for you. Our thorough measurement process and the expertise of our partner suit-makers ensure the best fit possible.
All of our products are custom made, designed and measured exclusively for you. We do not carry stock on hand.
We can have items produced in standard ready-to-wear sizes if desired. This can be more convenient in some cases, such as distant groomsmen who are unable to be fitted in person. The fabrics, design options, and production time are the same as made-to-measure items.
Our ordering process begins by booking an appointment. Once we've discussed what you have in mind, we'll walk you through the process to select fabrics, design your clothing, and get measured for a precisely tailored fit. Existing clients whose sizing is already on file may, if they prefer, contact us to arrange a virtual consultation.
Full payment, including sales tax, is due at the time your order is submitted. Unpaid or partially paid orders will not go into production, which will delay arrival of your items.
Production time varies depending on the fabric and tailoring grade chosen. Most items will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Any final alterations will add approximately one week after the second fitting.
Please make sure to allow sufficient time before your event for production and shipping. We may be able to expedite your order if necessary, but because of the nature of the production process we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
We strive to provide a superior product at a competitive price, making made-to-measure suiting accessible to anyone. Pricing is based on fabric selection and tailoring grade.
The Premiere line represents an excellent balance of quality and value. For a two piece suit our range is $750-$6,500; the average is around $2,200.
The Heritage line suits are among the best available. Our Heritage suits are sewn by hand in Rochester, New York using the finest construction materials and methods. Heritage line suits begin at $2,995.
Every fabric we offer is available in both the Premiere and Heritage lines. Regardless of the tailoring grade, every suit is finished to a high production standard to ensure a proper fit and a long lifespan.
Yes, of course! The benefit of custom clothing is that everything is made just the way you want it. The pattern is cut according to your exact body measurements, so there's no such thing as too tall, short, large, or small. There are no numbers on the label; it's simply your size.
Inclusivity is at the heart of what we do. Every detail is a choice to be made, which means that you aren't limited to traditionally masculine or feminine designs and silhouettes. LGBTQ clients are free to create custom clothes that affirm and celebrate their identities. During your consultation, we can discuss how to best accommodate your specific needs and preferences.
When necessary, we're able to work with our talented suitmakers and local tailors to find solutions for unique requests. Get in touch to find out what's possible.
Yes we do! Our Wedding Package makes it easy to outfit your entire wedding party, regardless of size or gender. The package includes a free shirt, tie, and pocket square for each suit. Four suit minimum to qualify for this package.
For the daily 9-5, we have our Office Package. This package consists of two suits, three shirts, and an extra pair of trousers, all in your choice of fabrics. With some clever mixing and matching (don't worry, we'll help with that too) you'll have a week's worth of different outfit combinations. Save 15% off regular pricing; we'll also extend the discount to any additional items you wish to order along with the package.
Because each item is specifically made for you, we cannot accept returns. Once an order is placed it can't be modified or cancelled.
In the event that your clothing doesn't fit as expected, we offer complimentary alterations. Made-to-measure items typically only require minor adjustments after they arrive, but garments that can't be corrected may be remade. Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
