Discovery
When booking online or contacting us, add notes so we understand how to best serve you prior to a visit. This allows us to show the correct range of fabrics and provide the best service to you. Any ideas, requests, general information, or inspiration photos are helpful---but it's totally okay if you aren't sure yet!
Appointment
During an appointment, we will go over three main steps: fabric selection, design, and measurement. We'll guide you through these steps and make recommendations based on your needs and preferences. We can measure against existing garments if you are trying to replicate a specific fit.
Final Fitting
Once the suit arrives, we will deliver it to you in person to check the fit and mark any necessary alterations. Tailoring a Mathias purchased garment is always complimentary and only takes a few days. We'll also update your sizing profile so that future suits reflect the adjustments.
